Can Parish & Pine form my business or give legal advice?
Parish & Pine can help organize information, prepare filing materials, explain general filing steps, and guide you through the Louisiana process. You make the final entity and filing decisions. Government fees are separate, and we do not provide legal, tax, accounting, investment, or registered-agent services.
What happens after I pay?
Use the “I already purchased” link to send your organization details and identify the service purchased. Parish & Pine will confirm the payment and send the applicable intake checklist. The one-business-day document-check period begins after all required files are received.
How are documents and personal information handled?
Customer information is used only to communicate about and provide the purchased service. Do not send Social Security numbers, passwords, card details, or bank credentials by email. Payment information is handled by Square.
What is the cancellation and refund policy?
If you purchase the wrong service, contact Parish & Pine promptly before work begins. Once document review, research, preparation, or consultation work has started, fees are generally nonrefundable except as required by law. Any approved refund is returned through the original payment method.
How do referral discounts work?
Earn 10% off an eligible future order for each new customer you refer who completes a paid purchase. Verified referral rewards may be combined on one eligible order up to a maximum discount of 40%. The $49 Same-Day Nonprofit Document Check is excluded. Rewards have no cash value, are not retroactive, and are applied only after the referred customer’s payment is confirmed.
